How it works
A facultative bacterial blend that works throughout the temporary and permanent storage of the lagoon or pit, further breaking down solids and restoring the overall anaerobic function of the system.
How to use
- Initial inoculation: 75 pounds per million gallons of lagoon liquid and sludge; 112.5 pounds if the primary lagoon serves more than 1,000,000 lbs Steady State Live Weight or has less than 3 feet of treatment zone below the stop-pump elevation.
- Lagoon maintenance: 37.5–75 pounds per month, depending on lagoon size and sludge buildup; at least 75 pounds per month above 1,000,000 lbs Steady State Live Weight.
- Flush tanks and lift stations: 1 pound per tank per week, depending on the severity of the sludge or barn-solids problem; above 1,000,000 lbs Steady State Live Weight, at least 1 pound per tank per day, 2–3 times per week.
- Add directly to the lagoon once a month or gradually through flush tanks. Call ASI for initial shock-loading recommendations for your lagoon.
