Renewable Energy
Environmental permitting and feedstock logistics for energy developers.
North Carolina's Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (Senate Bill 3, 2007) is the only law in the nation that requires utilities to generate power from swine and poultry waste. ASI has worked with energy developers since the law passed, turning our agricultural and regulatory expertise into faster approvals and reliable feedstock supply.
