Summary

Designed in 1993 before the statewide moratorium, this pit-recharge finishing farm sold with its integrator contract in place. Steady State Live Weight 475,200 lbs. It included a 28-acre tract of mature pines approved for sludge management, a lot suitable for a residence, two 8-inch wells, a backhoe and a 12,000-watt generator.
